We had the Cayfix crew out to do a good amount of odd jobs at our new home that would be tedious to complete and time consuming for a layman. This included a full power washing of our large deck, gazebo, and pergola, then the treatment of the deck with products I had provided, that they applied with thought and care to not only product performance but cost effectiveness. Some indoor jobs were completed including the switching of some entrance doors and reinstallation of a smart lock, framing of a doorway (carefully making some matching trims), the shoring-up of a very stubborn oven unit, and patching up/painting of some bathroom walls that had large openings from previous plumbing changes. Outdoors again the guys put together a huge catio and connecting cat runs I had purchased to make our cats an incredible course leading out from our house window, to run along the top side of the pergola, and down again into the cat house through some bushes and trees. Alex didn’t blink at my weird requests for this catio, and his team was great at getting the parts together and understanding and completing my vision for our spoiled furballs! Alex managed a lovely team of gentlemen, and he was in constant communication about each job we wanted done, coming to the site to supervise often and to make sure everything was running smoothly. Literally any issue (there weren’t many) was always resolved immediately, and we could not be happier with the work they have done for us. Most noted other than their professionalism and stellar work, is that the crew was absolutely undetectable while working, they were incredibly quiet, diligently laboring without any added noise on top of the usual clamor some tools would make from time to time. Anyone who has ever had noisy construction next door to them can appreciate a quiet crew, and these guys are the poster boys for a peaceful completion of tasks. (Some neighbors even thanked us for the quiet work!) Really invaluable as a homeowner. This company and crew is trustworthy with incredibly transparent and reasonable prices, and absolute flexibility to your schedule and needs. They easily adapt to new situations that arise (as problems often do in home renovations), and they problem solve immediately. The work was done well, but expeditiously, which is appreciated, and cleanup was always done appropriately. Not to mention the crew is just very kind.
